Terms & Conditions
Appointments
-
We recommend scheduling appointments in advance via phone or online to ensure availability.
-
Walk-ins are welcome, but please note: if the salon is fully booked at the time you arrive, there may be a wait. You will have the option to:
-
Wait until a technician becomes available
-
Return at a less busy time
-
Schedule an appointment for a later date or time
-
-
We kindly ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to ensure a timely start. This allows for check-in and any prep needed before your service.
-
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment is not guaranteed. You may be asked to wait until the next available technician or reschedule, especially if another client arrives in the meantime.
-
If you are unable to make it to your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify the salon or your technician (if you have their contact information) at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to better accommodate all of our clients and helps your technician manage their schedule.
Payments
-
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App.
-
The minimum charge to receive any service is $12.
-
For mobile payment platforms (Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App), please ask your nail technician for the appropriate payment.
-
Payment is due at the end of service. All sales are final.
-
Service prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We strive to keep our service menu up-to-date and transparent, but please confirm the latest pricing when booking or prior to your appointment.
Tipping
-
Tips are not included in our service prices.
-
While never required, gratuity is always appreciated as a gesture of thanks to your technician.
Health & Safety
-
Please notify your technician of any allergies, infections, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service.
-
Clients are responsible for informing technicians of any allergies or sensitivities. Essential Day Spa is not liable for reactions if prior disclosure is not made.
-
-
We reserve the right to decline service for health or hygiene concerns.
-
Our salon upholds state-regulated sanitation and cleanliness protocols for the safety of all clients and staff.

Parents/guardians are responsible and liable for their children's actions while in the salon.

Children are not allowed to run, touch equipment, or handle salon products.

Pets are not permitted inside the salon, with the exception of service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Please note:
-
Emotional support animals, therapy animals, or pets do not qualify as service animals under federal law.
-
Staff may ask if the animal is a service animal required due to a disability and what task it is trained to perform.
-
If a service animal is disruptive, not under control, or poses a health or safety risk, we reserve the right to ask that the animal be removed from the premise.
-
Service Guarantee
-
If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us during your service or within 24 hours after your appointment.

-
This guarantee does not cover:

-
Natural nail polish (since wear varies by nail type and cannot be guaranteed)
-
Requests made after the 3-day window
-
-
-
Please note:

Please allow sufficient time for your nails to fully dry before leaving. Once you leave the salon, we are not responsible for smudges or damage, but we do offer a one-time complimentary touch-up.
-
For clients with short nail beds, we cannot guarantee the fit or longevity of artificial nails.
