At Essential Day Spa, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and a relaxing experience for every client. To maintain fairness and uphold our service standards, we have established the following refund policy. By receiving services or making purchases at our salon, you agree to the terms outlined below.

By using our services or purchasing products from Essential Day Spa, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
Essential Day Spa reserves the right to refuse refund or redo requests that do not comply with the conditions stated above. We also reserve the right to revise this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of the most current version of this policy.
Essential Day Spa and its staff are not legally liable for dissatisfaction resulting from failure to follow pre- or post-care instructions, miscommunication, or outcomes based on personal preference. We do not offer refunds for situations that are beyond our control, including client behavior, late arrivals, nail breakage after leaving the salon, or reactions to disclosed or undisclosed allergies.
Refund Policy
General Policy

All service sales are final. Due to the nature of personal care and cosmetic services, we do not offer refunds for any completed services.

If you are dissatisfied with your service, we encourage you to notify us during the appointment or within 24 hours after your service. We will be happy to provide a one-time complimentary adjustment or touch-up when appropriate and when the request falls within our service guarantee terms.
Missed Appointments/No-Shows

Refunds are not issued for missed appointments, no-shows, or last-minute cancellations.

Please review our appointment policy regarding advance notice for cancellations and rescheduling.
Prepaid Services, Packages & Gift Cards

All gift card sales are final. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash, and non-replaceable if lost or stolen.

Gift cards can be used for any eligible service or retail product at Essential Day Spa.
Payments

All payments are made at the end of your service.

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. For mobile payments, please ask your technician for payment instructions.

Refunds, if approved under our policy, will be processed using the same payment method originally used.

Please note:

Refunds to mobile payment platforms (e.g., Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay) may take longer to appear or may require manual re-issuance depending on the platform’s policies.

Some mobile platforms do not allow automatic refunds, so if a refund is approved, it will be sent back via the same platform as a separate transaction.

We do not issue cash refunds for mobile payments.

Adjustments or Redo Services

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours to request a complimentary adjustment.

The adjustment must be scheduled within 3 days of the original service, and the same technician (if available) will perform the correction.

Adjustment requests made after the 3-day window or performed elsewhere are not eligible for redo or refund.
Special Circumstances

While we strive to be fair, we reserve the right to handle refund or credit requests on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.
